SAN MIGUEL, Zamboanga del Sur (June 15,
2018) - The PNP personnel of San Miguel Municipal Police Station (MPS) arrested
the suspect of attempted homicide during their conduct of Manhunt Charlie
operation at Purok 1, Langilan, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur at about 10:25 AM of June 13, 2018.
The police operatives identified the
arrested suspect as Raffy Aclao y Alangkas, 35 years old, male, married, farmer
and a resident of aforementioned place.
The said wanted person arrested by
virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Attempted Homicide docketed under
Criminal Case No. 1771-SM issued by Hon. Maria Teresa R Pangilinan, Presiding
Judge of 6th MCTC of -San Miguel- Dinas- Lapuyan 9th
Judicial Region based in San Miguel, Zamboagna del Sur dated January 9,
2018. Bail bond recommended amounting to
Twelve Thousand Pesos (12,000. 00) for his temporary liberty.
The accused is now temporary detained
at San Miguel detention cell awaiting court disposition. (By JONG CADION)
